We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However as we are a small team who do everything ourselves so please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched; this may be longer during busier periods, but we'll do our best.

If you have pre-ordered a product it can take up to 3 weeks to be made. Most packages are sent via Royal Mail 48HR tracked delivery. Heavy and bulky orders of ceramics may be sent vis Courier and should reach you within 2 to 5 working days after you receive dispatch notification. As previously mentioned, this may take longer at unprecented/busy times. We will specify how your order has been sent on your dispatch confirmation and provide tracking reference if applicable. 

Free UK and Northern Ireland Delivery on all Jellyfish and Air Plants.  Melts and Jewellery orders are Free over £20 and ceramic orders are Free over £50.

Standard prices for orders for eco soya wax melts and jewellery start at £2.99 and £4.50 for pottery. For rest of the world shipping please check postage costs during checkout. Certain products have longer dispatch times. When dispatch times vary to our standard terms, estimated dispatch timescales are shown within the products description.

If you place an order with the incorrect delivery address or - after a failed delivery attempt by Royal Mail - you do not collect your order from the designated Sorting Office/Post Office and your order is returned to us you can then opt for another delivery or a refund. Refunds will be made less our delivery charge and re-delivery will need to be paid for (we are a small business so we can't afford to repay postage costs, thank you for your understanding.


Overseas orders have longer delivery times depending on your location.  Orders to Europe usually arrive within 3-5 days after dispatch confirmation. For the Rest of World it's between 5-7 days after dispatch confirmation.  We send the majority of our small to medium orders via Royal Mail International Tracked, but heavier orders may be sent via Courier. 


We operate a Delivered At Place (DAP) policy for sales to Europe and the Rest of the World meaning that you as a customer may be liable for any VAT, Import Duty or Clearing Fees due on your order.
