We are certain you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange of the product provided it is in a fully re-sellable condition. Returns should be notified either by clicking HERE to email us or in writing within 14 working days of receipt of your product. They must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us you wish to return them.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of air plants we will only be able to exchange or refund if the plant arrives damaged. Please notify us immediately if the plant has been damaged in transit, including images for us to review. All Items must be packaged carefully to ensure the protection of the piece/s, for advice on how to safely package ceramics please watch our video HERE. We recommend obtaining proof of postage as we are unable to issue a refund if return items are damaged or don't arrive with us.

Please note we are unable to accept the return of earrings or hair products due to current Health and Hygiene regulations. Perishable items such as plants are exempt from returns.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will have to repay the postage cost if you would like us to resend.

Unclaimed Delivery

If no one is in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail will take it to the nearest postal unit. You must go to the local office with the tracking code we provided in your dispatch confirmation and ask for the package. Parcels are usually kept at the post office for 2 weeks before being returned. If your parcel is returned to us we can repost and would require you to pay for the additional postage. PLEASE NOTE: if any items, that include a living plant are returned to us you may have to purchase a new plant in addition to postage cost. If you would like a refund, we will refund less postage, packing, standard delivery £4.00 and any other costs i.e. replacement plant.

Returns within the UK

When returning items we would advise you to ask for proof of postage. All items must be packaged carefully to ensure the protection of the piece/s. Returns are at your expense, we would suggest following the packing instructions above. Visit your prefered courier site/Royal Mail for details on how to send back to us. Incorrect, damaged or faulty items are fully exchangable and items we are unable to exchange we will refund accordingly, please ensure we are notified of any issues upon receipt of the delivery. Please allow 3-5 days following confirmation of receipt for refunds to appear back on your card. Refunds will be confirmed by email on receipt of the return and processed within a period of no more than 14 days. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights.

Returns from outside of the UK & Northern Ireland

In the case that you are returning items from outside of the UK & Northern Ireland we advise that an appropriate trackable method of return should be used, remember to check out our tips on packaging your returns as we can only refund when items have been packaged safely and arrive back to us in one piece.

The cost of return for orders outside of the UK and Northern Ireland is only refundable in the case of incorrect, damaged or faulty items. In this case you should inform us of the cost of return with a receipt to our returns address (if it is not already shown on the return packaging) and we will arrange refund to your payment method. We're sorry to say that import duties are non-refundable.
